I’m Alex Gilliland, a writer and communications strategist specializing in health care and rapid response.

I began my career as a news producer for ABC and NBC before moving to Capitol Hill where I served as press secretary and communications director for several members of Congress. This experience shapes how I work: I know how stories are framed, how policy is distilled, and what executives need to communicate with clarity and confidence.

Today, I work with CEOs to define their message, strengthen their leadership, and advance the outcomes that matter most to them. I’m based in Los Angeles and spend as much time as I can outside.
